Python & Django engineering team

A comprehensive solution for Web Development App Development UI/UX Design SEO Optimization

We started SparkScribe in 2023 with one goal — build software that actually works.
We're a small Python and Django team delivering web platforms, AI systems, and mobile apps for clients across India, the US, the UK, and the Middle East.
No bloated process. Just solid engineering and clear communication.

We're a Python/Django shop — not a generalist agency. Most clients come back for a second project because the code holds up and we're honest about what's worth building.

Services

What we actually build

Web apps, APIs, admin panels, integrations, and the infrastructure around them. One team from architecture through deployment — not a chain of subcontractors.

Why SparkScribe

Clients come with a problem. We help them ship.

Not a slide deck — a working product. Most teams find us when they need Django done properly, communication that doesn't vanish after kickoff, and a partner who'll say no to work that won't pay off.

How you get to a solution

  1. Bring the problem

A call or a brief — whatever you have. We ask about users, deadlines, existing code, and what "done" looks like. NDA before anything sensitive.

  2. We map the build

Fixed scope or sprint plan — your call. Architecture, milestones, staging you can click through. You sign off before we write production code at scale.

  3. Ship, then support

Deploy, docs, handoff. Same engineers who scoped it. Most clients keep us on for fixes and the next version — retainer or ad-hoc, no forced lock-in.

See all six delivery stages

Why teams choose us over a generalist shop

  • Django is the day job

APIs, admin, Celery, migrations, production deploys — not a side stack. When Python is the right fit, we move faster because we're not learning on your invoice.

  • You work with builders

Shared ClickUp board, weekly sync, direct Slack or email to whoever owns your module. Blockers surface the same day — not buried in a status deck three sprints later.

  • Scope stays honest

We've cut features that looked good on paper but wouldn't move the business. Smaller scope shipped right beats a bloated SOW that slips six months.

  • 40+ projects delivered
  • 25+ active client relationships
  • USA · UK · EU remote-first delivery

Three ways to work with us

Same engineering team, different contract shape. Pick what matches where you are — greenfield MVP, active product, or something already in production.

  • Most common

    Fixed-scope project

You have a defined MVP or a clear rebuild. We quote milestones, you approve each phase before the next starts.

    • Greenfield product with a written spec
    • Migration with a bounded feature set
    • One-off integration or module

Best when you know roughly what "done" looks like.

  • Post-launch

    Support & iterations

Already live? We handle bugs, small features, dependency updates, and monitoring — retainer hours or ad-hoc blocks.

    • Production app needs a reliable backup team
    • Quarterly improvement cycles
    • Handoff support after we built v1

Best when the product exists and needs care, not a rebuild.

Our Process

How a project runs here

Six stages, fixed order. You always know what's in progress, what's waiting on you, and what's shipping next.

  1. 01

    Discover & Meet

We start with a free consultation call to understand your business, your users, and what success looks like. No NDAs, no pressure, just a real conversation.

    02

    Plan & Scope

We break the project into milestones, define the tech stack, estimate timelines, and share a detailed proposal. You know exactly what you're getting before we write a line of code.

    03

    Design & Prototype

Our designers create wireframes and UI mockups in Figma. You review, give feedback, and we refine until it feels right. Nothing moves to code until you've approved the design.

  2. 04

    Develop & Integrate

Our backend team builds out the core functionality while frontend connects the UI. We use clean, well-documented code with proper version control on GitHub every commit is traceable.

    05

    Test & QA

We run automated tests, manual QA, and cross-browser/device checks before anything touches production. You get a staging environment to review first.

    06

    Deploy & Support

We handle deployment to your server or cloud environment (Nginx, Gunicorn, Docker). After launch, we stay available for bug fixes, feature updates, and ongoing maintenance.

Next step

Got a spec, a backlog, or just an idea?

Book 30 minutes with someone who can actually answer technical questions. We'll tell you if we're a fit — and if we're not, we'll say that too.

  • No pitch deck — just a straight conversation about scope and timeline.
  • NDA before you share anything sensitive.
  • Reply within one business day if you'd rather email first.

Industries

Where we've shipped real products

Domain context matters — regulations, user expectations, and the edge cases that only show up after go-live. We've worked inside these verticals long enough to know the difference.

SaaS & B2B

Multi-tenant apps, subscription billing, role-based access, and third-party API integrations.

E-commerce & retail

Inventory, checkout flows, payment gateways, and ops dashboards for growing catalogs.

Healthcare & wellness

Patient-facing portals and internal tools with careful handling of sensitive data.

Real estate & property

Listing platforms, CRM hooks, booking flows, and agent-facing admin panels.

Automotive

Scheduling, AI-assisted chat, and service workflows for dealerships and fleet ops.

Education & e-learning

Course delivery, assessments, progress tracking, and admin for instructors.

The team

You'll work with these people

Not a rotating bench of contractors. The engineers on your calls are the ones committing code.

FAQ

Answers before you send a brief

The questions prospects actually ask on a first call — pricing, people, timezones, NDAs, and what happens after launch.

  • Pricing & scope
  • Who you work with
  • US · UK · EU timezones
  • NDA & post-launch

7 common questions

How do you usually price a project?

It depends on how clear the scope is.

If you have a fixed spec, we quote a fixed price with milestones. If you're still figuring out the product, we start with a paid discovery block (usually one to two weeks) and then move to sprint-based delivery.

We're upfront about what's included and what isn't — no surprise line items halfway through.

Who am I actually talking to once we start?

The engineers building your product.

You'll have a lead developer on your account, access to our ClickUp board, and a shared channel for day-to-day questions. We don't hand you off to a junior team after the sales call — the people in the kickoff are the people shipping the code.

We're in the US / UK / Europe — does the timezone work?

Yes — most of our clients are outside India.

We overlap with US Eastern mornings, UK afternoons, and EU business hours for standups and reviews. Async updates go out before your day starts so you're not waiting until evening for an answer.

Can you sign an NDA before we share details?

Absolutely. We do it all the time.

Mutual NDA before the first deep-dive call is standard for us. If your legal team has a template, send it — we'll turn it around quickly.

What happens after we go live?

We don't disappear on launch day.

Most clients keep us on for bug fixes, monitoring, and small feature work — either a monthly retainer or ad-hoc hours. We also document what we built so your team can take over fully if that's the plan.

We're not on Python or Django yet — is that a problem?

Not necessarily.

If you're greenfield, we'll recommend what fits — and we're honest when Django isn't the right call. If you have an existing stack, we need to understand it before committing; we don't take rewrite projects just to sell a migration.

How long does a typical MVP take?

Roughly eight to fourteen weeks for a focused first version — backend, admin, and a usable frontend.

That's not a promise for every project. Integrations, compliance, and unclear requirements add time. After the discovery call we'll give you a range, not a made-up deadline.
