HOW WE HIRE

A straightforward process

Six stages from application to offer — we're upfront about the 3–4 hour practical round and only advance candidates who pass each step.

  1. Apply online

    Choose an open role and submit your resume with a short note on your experience. Every application is reviewed by our team — not passed through automated filters alone.

  2. Profile review

    We read your background against the role requirements. If there is a potential fit, we reach out within a few business days with clear next steps — or a respectful decline.

  3. Technical call

    A video conversation with a senior engineer to discuss your experience, recent projects, and stack familiarity — a focused screening call, not a multi-hour assessment.

  4. Technical / practical round

    A hands-on session (typically 3–4 hours) where you work through real-world problems relevant to the role — coding, design, or debugging as appropriate. We share the format in advance so you can prepare.

  5. Team, culture fit & HR

    Meet people you would work with, align on collaboration and communication, and cover role expectations, logistics, and compensation with HR — so both sides confirm it is the right match.

  6. Offer & onboarding

    If it is mutual, we send a clear written offer with start date and onboarding plan. Your first project is scoped early so you can contribute from week one.
