- CI pipeline runs tests on pull requests
- Staging deploy automated from main or release branch
- Error monitoring and uptime checks configured
- Secrets stored outside source control
Launch & growth
- Domain, SSL, and email sender authentication planned
- Analytics events defined for key funnel steps
- Support channel and on-call owner assigned
- Rollback plan documented for launch week
- Post-launch backlog prioritized for weeks 2–4
